Before checking your phone, close your eyes and imagine a column of golden light moving from the top of your head to the base of your spine.
Breathe into each chakra, visualizing its color and affirming:
“I align with my highest frequency today.”
Expansion Tip: Pair this with a soft humming tone (like “OM”) to engage both breath and sound.
Sound vibrations activate your chakras and prepare them to receive intention.
